HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN WANTED – IMMEDIATE NEED

Dive into the world of heating and air conditioning—furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, mini-splits, and everything in between. If you enjoy figuring out what’s wrong, fixing it right the first time, and helping homeowners stay comfortable, this one’s for you.
We’re a small, customer-first HVAC company looking for a skilled tech who wants to be trusted, respected, and empowered to do what’s right—not upsell junk or cut corners.
What you’ll be doing:
- Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems
- Playing HVAC detective when systems act up and finding smart solutions
- Repairing or replacing parts like compressors, motors, capacitors, filters, and controls
- Educating homeowners on efficient, cost-saving upgrades (no pushy sales)
- Documenting work performed and parts used (we like things organized)
- Following safety protocols and using proper PPE—every job, every time
- Working closely with teammates to keep jobs smooth and stress-free
- Communicating clearly with customers so they feel confident and taken care of
What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent (HVAC training is a big plus)
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems—from installs to repairs
- EPA certification for refrigerant handling (required)
- Ability to lift equipment and stay active throughout the day
- Solid problem-solving skills and good people skills
- A safety-first mindset and pride in quality workmanship
