About the Role:
Join Heating + Air Paramedics of Waxahachie as a Dispatcher and be the vital link between our clients and our skilled technicians. This exciting role offers you the opportunity to coordinate service requests and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments efficiently.
- Coordinate technician routes to optimize service delivery and response times.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to relay job details and updates.
- Monitor and manage service schedules to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize dispatch software to track and manage service operations.
- Assist in training new dispatch team members as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or management is a plus.
- Proven experience in dispatching or customer service, preferably in HVAC or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with dispatch software and scheduling tools.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
